These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the AUTENTIQ website and to all purchases made through our online store.
AUTENTIQ (“AUTENTIQ”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an independent jewellery brand operating under the trading name AUTENTIQ.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. ABOUT AUTENTIQ
AUTENTIQ creates jewellery and wearable art objects designed by the brand and produced in collaboration with independent jewellery specialists and craftspeople.
Our pieces may be produced in limited quantities or individually following an order.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
AUTENTIQ jewellery is created using materials including, depending on the individual product, sterling silver, brass, gold plating and other materials specified on the relevant product page.
Please read the individual product description before purchasing.
Many AUTENTIQ pieces are finished by hand. Small differences in texture, surface, finish, shape, patina or colour may therefore occur between individual pieces.
These subtle variations are part of the character of handcrafted jewellery and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product photographs are intended to represent our pieces as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen settings.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED PIECES
Some AUTENTIQ pieces are produced after an order has been placed. Where applicable, the estimated production time will be stated on the product page or otherwise communicated before purchase.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Where a piece is made specifically to your individual specifications or is clearly personalised for you — for example through custom sizing, engraving, modification or another bespoke request — cancellation and return rights may differ from those applicable to standard products.
Any such restriction will be clearly communicated where applicable and does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
5. ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
• we cannot deliver to the destination provided;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
• an order appears to have been placed for unauthorised commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or otherwise shown on the website.
The final amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country or region.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
AUTENTIQ reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or technical errors.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where required.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to the destinations made available at checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Where a product is made to order, the estimated production period should be added to the estimated shipping time.
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, courier delays, severe weather, transport disruption or other exceptional events.
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate when placing your order.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be payable by the recipient.
The customer is responsible for checking and paying applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
AUTENTIQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or customs clearance procedures.
9. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

After notifying us of your cancellation, the product must be returned within the applicable legal return period.
Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and should be returned unworn, undamaged and, where possible, with their original packaging.
We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of a product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Certain products made specifically to your specifications or clearly personalised for you may not be eligible for cancellation or return for change of mind where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. REFUNDS
Where a return is accepted, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after we receive the returned goods or receive acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable.
Where legally required, standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or expedited delivery method may not be refundable.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
11. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at autentiq.concept@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
12. JEWELLERY CARE
Jewellery naturally changes with wear and over time.
Exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, humidity, sweat and friction may affect the appearance or longevity of certain finishes, particularlplated pieces.
Please follow the Product Care instructions available on our website.
Changes resulting from ordinary wear, improper storage, accidental damage or failure to follow reasonable care instructions are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the AUTENTIQ website — including jewellery designs, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, text, logos, branding, artwork, website design and other creative materials — is owned by or licensed to AUTENTIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Purchase of an AUTENTIQ product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design of that product.
14. PRODUCT DESIGN & CREATIVE RIGHTS
AUTENTIQ jewellery and object designs constitute part of the creative identity of the brand.
Unauthorised reproduction, manufacturing, commercial copying or use of AUTENTIQ designs, imagery or other protected creative material is prohibited to the extent protected by applicable law.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers, social platforms and e-commerce technology providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Products purchased by consumers are supplied for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, government action, interruption of telecommunications or logistics services, epidemics, pandemics or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material delays where appropriate.
