To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend following these simple care guidelines:

- Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and household chemicals.

- Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

- Store each piece separately in a dry place, preferably in its original pouch or box.

- Gold-plated pieces require extra care, as the plating may naturally wear over time.

With proper care, your AUTENTIQ pieces will retain their appearance for longer.

Order process

Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop in western Ukraine, with care and attention to every detail.

Please allow 7–14 working days for your piece to be made, plus up to 10 days for delivery.

Good things take time, and we believe a piece made especially for you is worth the wait.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 8-12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping is £15 for orders under £300. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £300.

Please note that any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination country.

AUTENTIQ is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
